Our Policies
We are a fee for service office; however, if you have dental insurance, we will bill your insurance as a courtesy so that you can receive your reimbursement directly from your dental insurance carrier. Although you are responsible for your account, we will attempt to help you receive insurance benefits and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 60 days.
If treatment is recommended for your child, the treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment and we accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We also accept personal checks and cash. Please ask a member of our staff and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs or if any special arrangements are needed prior to receiving service.
